- The Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya does not record the audio or video of the conversation.
- Please do not use any recording devices during the meeting.
- We reserve the right to end the conversation if the safety rules are violated or inappropriate behavior occurs.
Safety rules for registration
For security reasons, do not use email addresses with Russian or Belarusian domains when registering. Avoid emails ending in .by and .ru.
