The Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya (Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s Office, OST, Office) works to support the activities of the National Leader of Belarus, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, in protecting the rights and interests of Belarusian citizens, representing Belarus and Belarusians in relations with other states and international organizations, and consolidating the democratic forces of Belarus to secure the country’s transition from dictatorship to democracy.

The Office represents and promotes the interests of Belarusians and Belarus both domestically and internationally. It engages with Belarusians, international partners, and the international community, fostering unity and collaboration to implement the common strategy and priorities of the democratic forces.
Who is Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya?
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya is the National Leader of Belarus and the Head of the United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus. She has become a symbol of peaceful resistance and national unity, representing the Belarusian people in the context of the 2020 presidential election and the subsequent struggle for democracy.
According to research by the “Golas” platform, at least three million people, or 56% of the electorate, taking into account the real turnout, voted for Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya in the 2020 presidential election.
Since then, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya has gained significant political experience, meeting with numerous world leaders and drawing international attention to the Belarusian people’s fight for democracy.
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya has been honored with numerous international awards, including the John McCain Freedom Award and the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought, awarded by the European Parliament.
