Krynica is a members-only resource-sharing platform for Belarusian NGOs, civil society initiatives, and diaspora organizations.
The platform allows organizations to share resources and find what they need: spaces, equipment, furniture, expertise, and more. Resources can be lent or shared on other terms.
What problem does Krynica solve?
Many organizations have resources that are not in constant use. At the same time, other organizations are looking for exactly the resources that are already available within the Belarusian community.
Krynica helps connect these needs with available resources. The project aims to help organizations make use of resources already available within the community, reduce duplicated costs, and strengthen mutual support.
How does Krynica work?
Organizations can post available resources on the platform and find what they need themselves.
Different types of resources can be offered and requested — spaces, equipment, furniture, expertise, and more. The terms can also vary: a resource can be lent, transferred, provided in exchange for a donation, or shared under another arrangement.
How can organizations join?
Belarusian NGOs, civil society initiatives, and diaspora organizations can join Krynica. Each organization is verified before it can access the platform to publish and use resources.
To access the platform, organizations need to fill out a form. The application will then be reviewed, and the organization will be contacted about the next steps for verification and joining.
