On March 25, when Belarusians mark Freedom Day, a regional security forum titled “Path to Freedom” will take place in Kyiv. The event is organized by the United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus, the Ukrainian Prism Foreign Policy Council, and the International Renaissance Foundation.
The forum will focus on key aspects of the struggle for the liberation of Belarus, threats posed by the Lukashenka regime, and cooperation between Belarusian democratic forces, Ukraine, and European partners. Ukrainian and Western experts, Belarusian democratic leaders, and volunteer fighters are invited to participate.
Among the key discussion topics are Belarus as a factor in regional security and possible scenarios for developments through 2027, a new model of Ukrainian–Belarusian relations during the war, the prospects of the Belarusian volunteer movement, and the idea of establishing a regional format of a “Belarusian Ramstein”.
