INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT REFERRAL
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s Office reported that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has received a referral from Lithuania to launch an investigation into the crimes of the Lukashenka regime committed against Belarusians following the 2020 election. OSCE CONFERENCE
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya joined the discussion “Political Prisoners in Belarus: Working Together to Advocate their Release”, which took place during the OSCE Human Dimension Conference in Warsaw. The discussion addressed the challenges faced by political prisoners and their families after 2020 and possible measures to strengthen human rights and democracy in Belarus.

POLAND’S SUPPORT FOR ICC REFERRAL
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya took part in a press conference of the United Transitional Cabinet regarding the Lithuanian government’s referral of the Lukashenka regime’s crimes to the ICC. The Polish Foreign Ministry officially stated its full support for Lithuania in the referral.
