    February 10, 2026

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya will attend the Munich Security Conference, taking part in the main program and side events and holding a series of political meetings. The program will include a panel discussion titled “Focus on Belarus”, also featuring Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys and US Senator Peter Welch. Ms. Tsikhanouskaya is scheduled to give several interviews to international media outlets in Munich.

Among the topics Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya intends to address are developments in engagement with the administration of President Trump, humanitarian issues related to political prisoners, cooperation with the EU within the framework of sanctions policy, as well as strategies regarding Belarus and Ukraine, particularly in the context of Ms. Tsikhanouskaya’s first official meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which took place on January 25.

The 62nd Munich Security Conference is a forum where hundreds of decision-makers and opinion leaders from around the world will discuss key global security challenges. Nearly 50 heads of state and government have already confirmed their participation in MSC 2026, including leaders of most European countries, as well as a broad delegation of the German federal government led by Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz. Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya has been invited to the conference for the fifth consecutive year.
