A delegation of volunteers from Finland visited the command staff of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment and handed over drones from the Belarusian diaspora. Assistance in delivering the equipment was organized by the Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and the United Transitional Cabinet. The Head of the Mission of Democratic Belarus in Ukraine, Henadzi Manko, coordinated the process.
“The Belarusian diasporas have been actively discussing aid for volunteer fighters in Ukraine. The People’s Drone project was presented at the Conference of the Belarusian Diaspora in Prague. Many meetings on this matter took place in closed format during the European visits of representatives of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment. And the work did not end with discussions. As we see, drones have already been handed over to the regiment today, and this work will continue”, said Henadzi Manko during a meeting with the regiment’s command staff in Kyiv.
In total, more than 150 drones were delivered during the visit. Besides the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment, they were handed over to units such as the Third Assault Brigade, “Kraken”, “Azov”, and others.
