Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s Advisor on Youth Policy and Students, Marharyta Vorykhava, announces the launch of the platform “This is Youth”. It will work to ensure that the problems, ideas, and voices of the youth are heard and supported at the highest levels.
“This is Youth” will focus on five key areas:
- Defending the rights of the Belarusian youth;
- Ensuring access to quality education and skill development;
- Encouraging youth participation in democratic processes, so their voices are heard at every level;
- Advocating youth interests at the international level and raising awareness of the needs and struggles of the Belarusian youth;
- Supporting those affected by political repression.
