Following two days of work at the New Belarus Conference, the democratic forces adopted a package of resolutions. They cover key issues regarding the country’s future – from national identity, European choice, and security to the release of political prisoners, ending repressions, and protecting human rights. Release for Political Prisoners Without New Victims
Demands the full and unconditional release of all political prisoners, an end to repression and the practice of “political bargaining” with people’s lives, guarantees of access for lawyers and international observers, and calls for the use of all diplomatic and humanitarian mechanisms to stop political persecution.
On the Security of Belarus
Notes the loss of Belarus’ sovereignty and hybrid occupation by Russia, demands the withdrawal of its troops, a ban on nuclear weapons, withdrawal from pro-Moscow alliances, and joining the European collective security system.
On Achieving Justice in Belarus
Condemns international crimes and the persecution of Belarusians in exile by the Lukashenka regime, supports referring the Belarus situation to the International Criminal Court, and calls for creating an international coalition to implement justice and protect victims.
On the Inadmissibility of Violating Freedom of Conscience and Religion in Belarus
Condemns repression against religious communities, demands the repeal of repressive amendments, the release of imprisoned clergy, and the restoration of community rights, and calls for international support and solidarity.
On Countering Russia’s Hybrid Aggression
Condemns Russia’s hybrid aggression and expansion, stresses European integration as an alternative to the “Russian world”, and calls for international support, cultural and educational exchanges, and strengthening national identity.

Affirms language and culture as the foundations of independence, calls for their protection, the development of cultural diplomacy, and support for the diaspora.
European Choice of Belarus and Preparation of a Roadmap for EU Integration
Confirms the course toward EU membership, announces the preparation of an integration roadmap, and calls for expanding cooperation and lifting visa barriers.
Draft Resolution on the Role of Youth in Combating Authoritarianism
Recognizes Belarusian youth as a key force for democratic change, condemns repression and the militarization of education, calls for international support for youth, expansion of mobility programs, recognition of Belarusian diplomas abroad, and psychological assistance to youth in exile. Emphasizes the need to create safe youth spaces, expand youth representation in democratic bodies, and develop leadership.
