The Belarusian leader outlined 7 main priorities for the work of democratic forces in the near future:
1) Visualization of the new Belarus. We have already presented the draft Concept of Restitution for Repressed Individuals. In the coming weeks, we will discuss the Concept of the Transitional Period and hold public hearings in the Coordination Council.
2) Support for the repressed. We are working to create an international fund to help the repressed and are counting on support from Belarusian businesses abroad.
3) Holding perpetrators accountable. We are closer than ever to issuing an arrest warrant for Lukashenka for the kidnapping of Ukrainian children. Pavel Latushka and the entire team of the National Anti-Crisis Management have done tremendous work.
4) Helping Belarusians in exile. We are preparing to issue national Belarusian passports and are pushing for recognition of expired passports as valid, longer-term residence permits, and continued visa issuance.
5) Strengthening the national identity of Belarusians. We need to popularize the Belarusian language, open schools abroad, and create more online content for those in Belarus.
6) Information and educational work. We need to counter propaganda and cooperate with independent media and bloggers.
7) Defending the independence of Belarus. We are working to organize hearings on the situation in our country in the UN Security Council.
