Security and Sovereignty of Belarus
A secure Belarus is a sovereign, democratic state that determines its own policies, protects its citizens, and maintains peaceful relations with its neighbors.

Resolution on the Security of Belarus
This resolution, adopted at the New Belarus Conference 2025, identifies the restoration of Belarus’s full military, political, and information sovereignty as the country’s primary security objective. It calls for the withdrawal of foreign troops, preventing the deployment of nuclear weapons, withdrawing from the CSTO and the Union State, revising the military doctrine, and protecting the information space. The resolution also proposes establishing a new security architecture with civilian oversight and preparing a roadmap for ending Belarus’s hybrid occupation.

Resolution on Countering Russia’s Hybrid Aggression
This resolution, adopted at the New Belarus Conference 2025, identifies Russia’s hybrid aggression and the expansion of the “Russian World” (Russkiy Mir) ideology as a strategic threat to Belarus’s independence, national identity, and cultural sovereignty. It calls for expanding cooperation with European countries, supporting independent media and educational and cultural exchanges, strengthening the Belarusian language and historical memory, and developing a common strategy to counter Russian influence both inside Belarus and among Belarusian communities abroad.

Resolution on Protecting Sovereignty and Preventing Belarus from Being Drawn into War
This resolution, adopted at the New Belarus Conference 2026, states that the Lukashenka regime is drawing Belarus into Russia’s aggression against Ukraine by providing its territory, airspace, and infrastructure, and warns of the threat of a Russia–NATO conflict that would affect Belarus. The document calls for an end to support for the aggression and for Belarus’s territory, armed forces, and infrastructure not to be used in war against other states. It also calls on the international community to increase pressure on the regime and urges Belarusians to resist being drawn into the war.

Resolution on Supporting Belarusians Defending Ukraine, Belarusian Veterans, and Their Families
This resolution, adopted at the New Belarus Conference 2026, recognizes the service of Belarusians in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a legitimate expression of support for Ukraine’s right to self-defense and sets out principles for protecting these people and their families. The document opposes their extradition or deportation to Belarus, calls for the release of those convicted for supporting Ukraine, and calls for veterans to have access to social benefits, medical care, and retraining. It also calls for preserving their experience for Belarus’s future security system and maintaining dialogue with the veteran community.
