Declaration in Support of National Identity
This declaration, adopted at the New Belarus Conference 2025, reaffirms that Belarus is a distinct nation with its own language, history, and culture, and that preserving them is inseparable from safeguarding the country’s independence. It identifies the marginalization of the Belarusian language, political repression, and Russia’s information expansion as threats to Belarusian national identity. The declaration also calls for expanding Belarusian-language education, supporting culture, literature, the diaspora, and cultural diplomacy, while strengthening Belarus’s ties to Europe’s shared heritage.

Resolution on Protecting Education from Political Indoctrination, Militarization, and Russification
This resolution, adopted at the New Belarus Conference 2026, condemns the use of education in Belarus for ideological indoctrination, militarization, and Russification, including activities promoting militarism and state propaganda among children. It calls for an end to repression against teachers and students, the restoration of education in Belarusian and foreign languages, and the closure of Russian structures promoting the “Russian World” ideology.
