Dzianis Kuchynski, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s Diplomatic Advisor, discussed the work of the Foreign Policy Department of the Office.
In the video, he talks about one of the most important political events of 2023 – the Belarus–USA Strategic Dialogue, which took place in early December. In particular, he mentioned that as a result of the Strategic Dialogue, the US will support political prisoners in Belarus, provide assistance to Belarusian culture and national identity, and form stronger ties with Belarus’ democratic forces. The Strategic Dialogue set a precedent, as it was the first time the US established such a framework with a non-governmental entity.
