Sviatlana Tsihanouskaya: “Last night, Russia carried out another disgraceful attack against Ukraine. In Kyiv and the surrounding region, missiles and drones struck residential buildings. Civilians were killed. Dozens were injured, including children. This is yet another criminal attack against the civilian population.
We cannot accept a reality in which cities in a neighboring country are shelled again and again, homes are destroyed, and people are killed in their own apartments. Every such strike is further proof that the aggressor will not stop on its own. It can only be stopped through the unity and determination of the international community. This is not a war in the ordinary sense — it is systematic criminal terror against civilians.
And this terror is supported by the Lukashenka regime, which provides Russian forces with our territory and hosts Russian weapons there, including Oreshnik missiles.
But Belarusians continue to support Ukraine fully. We will always stand with people defending their homes, their families, and their freedom. We know what it means to live next to an aggressor that respects neither borders nor human life.
We admire the courage of Ukrainians. The way you endure after every strike. The way rescuers and medics work under shelling. The way ordinary people help one another, no matter what. This is a strength that missiles cannot destroy.
We stand in solidarity with you and believe in your victory.
Glory to Ukraine! Long Live Belarus!”
