  • “I’m not afraid. Let them be afraid!” Exhibition dedicated to Ales Bialiatski

    On June 12, an exhibition opened in the German Bundestag, dedicated to the Founder and Chair of the Viasna Human Rights Center and the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Ales Bialiatski.

    The exhibition documents the human rights defender’s complex and continuous struggle for a democratic Belarus. It was prepared by Malanka-Media in partnership with BYSOL and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and organized by RAZAM e.V. and the Public Relations Division of the German Bundestag.

    The exhibition is available until July 5, 2024, at the Halle des Paul-Löbe-Hauses, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 1, 10557 Berlin. More detailed information can be found at the link. The exhibition can be visited Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and every Thursday and Friday from 12:00 PM, guides will be present to talk about the life of the outstanding Belarusian human rights defender.

    On July 2, the exhibition “I am not afraid. Let them be afraid!” will open in Paris, dedicated to human rights defenders Ales Bialiatski and Oleg Orlov.

    Note: Ales Bialiatski has been in prison since July 14, 2021, along with other Viasna human rights defenders.
