Today it became known that a Belarusian volunteer, Dzmitry Rubasheuski, tragically died in a battle in Ukraine. Back in 2015, he came to defend the values of Ukraine, and all these years, he had been showing his incredible courage. Dzmitry was a hero of Ukraine and will forever remain a hero for all Belarusians.
Resistance
- The phrase “No to War” was painted on the central square of Hrodna, anti-war slogans also appeared in the Zavadski district of Minsk.
- Residents of Barauliany express their opposition to the war against Ukraine. The Belarusians of Moscow demand to close the airspace over Ukraine and remind that the residents of Russia are also against the war.
Support for Ukrainians and Belarusians
- The working group of the Office, the National Anti-Crisis Management, and the Center of Belarusian Solidarity, due to the work of the Ministry of Interior of Poland, have achieved the adoption of a law on the simplified legalization of Belarusians in Poland. Now they will be able to obtain a residence permit on humanitarian grounds for three years.
- Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree posthumously awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to Aliaksei Skoblya, a Belarusian volunteer who died in defense of Kyiv.
- Pavel Latushka made a working trip to the Czech Republic and held meetings with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikuláš Bek and Chairman of the Czech Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs Pavel Fischer. They discussed the war in Ukraine and the role of Lukashenka's participation in it, as well as the future of Belarus.
- The Belarus Kalinouski Battalion in Ukraine received drawings and letters of gratitude from Belarusian children.
- Belarusian Alesia Rudnik received the award “European of the Year”. The association noted that in this way, “they want to nominate all those who are fighting for a democratic Belarus”. Alesia is going to redirect money to Belarusian volunteers in Ukraine and political prisoners in Belarus.

Information front
- Belarusians, as a sign of solidarity with the Ukrainian people, recorded a video with a dance to a Ukranian national song.
- Andrei Stryzhak, BYSOL Foundation co-founder, gave an interview in which he spoke about the assistance the foundation provides to Ukraine during the war.
