Alone will be the regime’s punishment authority head, Aleh Matkin, whom Lukashenka will leave holding the bag for the inhumane conditions created for political prisoners.
Alone will be the prosecutor general, Andrei Shved, who will be held accountable for all the charges and requested sentences. Alone will be the Investigative Committee head Dzmitry Hora when all these investigations are rightfully called fabricated. Alone will be Ivan Kubrakou, because someone will have to answer for the repeated abuses of power, torture, and resulting deaths of citizens.
