Today, the Belarusian leader arrived in Moldova on a working visit at the invitation of President Maia Sandu. This is Ms. Tsikhanouskaya's first official visit to a CIS country. During her visit, she is scheduled to meet with President Sandu, Speaker of Parliament Igor Grosu, and representatives of the parliamentary group “For a Democratic Belarus”. The Belarusian leader will also participate in the Moldova Women Forum to highlight the role of women in politics and talk about the situation of politically imprisoned Belarusian women.
