On October 19, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya spoke at the Management Center Innsbruck in Austria, one of the most prestigious universities in Central Europe specializing in training public and business management professionals. Over 1000 people attended Ms. Tsikhanouskaya's speech. MCI has previously hosted addresses from prominent European politicians, such as Presidents of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker and Romano Prodi.
To mark the visit of the Belarusian leader, the university launched a scholarship program for Belarusians under Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's patronage. The program will allow Belarusian students to obtain a bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as Business and Management, Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Leisure Business, Biotechnology, Business Psychology and Management, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, Environmental, Technological and Energy Engineering, International Business and Law, International Business and Management, International Management in Healthcare, Management, Communication and IT, Mechatronics and Smart Technologies, and Medical Technologies.
The deadline for applications is March 31, 2024. The number of scholarships is not yet set and will depend on the number of applications received. More detailed information about the scholarship can be found at the link.
