⚪ Why is this document important?
The Protocol formalizes the interactions between the signatories – the Coordination Council, the United Transitional Cabinet, and the Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya. Each of these bodies has its own regulations and work plans. Occasionally, certain difficulties arose in cooperation, such as in decision-making and function duplication. To avoid disagreements in the future as much as possible, a general agreement in the form of the Protocol was created.

The key point is to help the institutions of the democratic forces of Belarus work together productively and effectively to achieve common goals. The formalization of cooperation is an opportunity to coordinate actions to ensure productive collaboration between the bodies and to quickly resolve disputes.
⚪ What is the benefit of the Protocol?
The Protocol will make the work of the democratic forces more transparent and understandable for Belarusians. Additionally, due to the transparent and understandable cooperation formula, the leaders of the democratic movement will be able to solve the problems faced by Belarusians more quickly, protecting their rights and achieving certain changes.
