She met with Svetlana Alexievich in Berlin. They discussed how to help people in Belarus. Alexievich said that she was collecting stories for a possible book, the story of the heroes of this revolution.
Tsikhanouskaya emphasized that at every meeting with foreign politicians, she tells the stories of Belarusians and each of them she experiences as her own. Alexievich, in turn, shared that she was impressed by the level of solidarity and support of ambassadors of different countries in Minsk when there was a risk of her detention. Unfortunately, Svetlana Alexievich was unable to stay in the country and feels guilty for this.
In the evening, Mrs. Tsikhanouskaya took part in a rally of the Belarusian diaspora. About three hundred people with flags gathered at the Konzerthaus Berlin, where there was an art installation. “Every Belarusian, regardless of whether they're at home or abroad, is now a hero. Now it is very important to support each other and communicate with European politicians so that they help Belarusians,” Sviatlana addressed the audience.
Later, Sviatlana spoke at the Berlin Cathedral after the Ecumenical Prayer for Belarus.
