In view of the recent signals from the regime, they discussed a strategy for the release of political prisoners. The first step towards dialogue could be the regime's release of political prisoners who need immediate help due to humanitarian reasons. They also raised the issue of recognizing the KGB and the GUBOPiK as organizations sponsoring terrorism.
