Valery Kavaleuski is a diplomat. He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University, the IPM Business School, holds a master's degree from Georgetown University (USA). At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, he dealt with relations between Belarus and the United States, worked at the embassy in Washington. Before he was appointed representative of Tsikhanouskaya, he worked at the headquarters of the World Bank.
As a representative for international relations, Kavaleuski will work together with Tsikhanouskaya's adviser for international relations Franak Viacorka. Valery Kavaleusky: “Since August, the Office of Tsikhanouskaya has done a great job of mobilizing the international community's position on the political crisis in Belarus. We are faced with the responsibility of bringing these developments to practical solutions in the international arena that would protect the protest from violence and lawlessness and contribute to the creation of conditions for the early implementation of peaceful political transformations in Belarus”.
