“Russia's actions yesterday were yet another clear signal to the world of the threat it poses to all living beings. This deliberate destruction of civilian infrastructure has led to the suffering of innocent individuals. Such actions by Russia will not be overlooked by the international community. Russia must fully answer for its crimes in Ukraine, and the cost will indeed be high.
Dear Ukrainians, I cannot even imagine what you are going through right now. I send my heartfelt condolences to everyone who has lost their loved ones, homes, pets and livestock, and belongings due to this dreadful catastrophe. My heart is with each and every one of you”.
