    • In Middelburg, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Franklin Roosevelt's great-great-granddaughter presented Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya with the Roosevelt Four Freedoms Award. The national leader of Belarus followed her tradition and dedicated the award to all Belarusians fighting for the liberation of Belarus and thanked the Roosevelt Institute for the opportunity to speak on the Anti-War Movement of partisans and activists, Belarusians' support for political prisoners, and humanitarian aid to Ukrainians.
