  • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya arrived in Davos for World Economic Forum: What’s planned

    Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya arrived in Switzerland to participate in the World Economic Forum. The main theme of the Forum taking place from January 15 to 18 in Davos is “rebuilding trust”.

    As part of the official program, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya will speak on the high-level panel “Defending Europe’s United Front” alongside the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, President of Hungary, Katalin Novák, Prime Minister of Croatia, Andrej Plenković, and Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba. Additionally, she is expected to participate in the panel discussion “Where Is Freedom of Expression Going?”

    In addition to the main events, Ms. Tsikhanouskaya will join panels on democracy and its future and share her views on Ukraine and Belarus on a CNBC panel.

    During the Forum, meetings are scheduled with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, and Prime Minister of Flanders, Jan Jambon. Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya will also meet with representatives of leading business communities and technology companies, including Google.

    Furthermore, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya will be a guest at Bill Browder’s dinner and participate in a high-level discussion on the future of Europe at the annual IGWEL meetings.
