Tatsiana Zaretskaya is the founder and CEO of Laava Tech, which deals with automation and energy consumption reduction in agriculture, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Tatsiana has also been included in the annual global Innovators Under 35 list by MIT. Her startup Laava Tech has clients throughout Europe, China, and the US.
Here is what Tatsiana will be doing within the Cabinet:
- Developing strategy and plans for the transition period by incorporating the knowledge and expertise of economic groups. This involves raising capital from the EU and the US to Belarus, as well as communication of knowledge, human capital, and advanced financial and economic legislation to the new government.
- Representing the Cabinet and democratic Belarus in the international financial arena to establish relations with its major representatives.
- Holding bilateral and multilateral negotiations to elaborate development programs, monitoring and ensuring their implementation.
- Coordinating the development of financial, currency, accounting, and budgetary legislation.
- Drawing up and implementing the budget of the Cabinet.
