“Belarusians are power. I really want to share this screenshot with you. It's a message from a brave woman from Viciebsk who had become an Office volunteer. She distributed leaflets and self-published media, wrote letters and sent postcards to political prisoners, and held pickets in Viciebsk. She was forced to leave the country to continue her activities and not end up in prison. But look what she sent to our team, look how much strength and faith this woman has!
Most of all, I am glad to see that Belarusians support Belarusians. They didn’t leave her out in the cold, or leave her alone with her problems, and helped with housing. "You can't break the people from Viciebsk easily," she writes. And indeed – when we see stories like this, we realize: nothing can break us, Belarusians.
