Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and Viktar Babaryka held a working meeting today. This was their first in-person meeting since his release. Before the formal discussions, Ms. Tsikhanouskaya and Mr. Babaryka held a private conversation.
The meeting focused on the current agenda, possible next steps for various actors within the democratic forces, as well as approaches to shaping a shared vision for the future of Belarus – one that could inspire confidence among Belarusians both inside the country and abroad, as well as among international partners. The parties also discussed issues related to the overall strategy of action for the democratic forces.
