On February 28, at 15:00 (London time), the Research Center of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s Office and the Warwick Ukraine-Belarus Hub will host a webinar to discuss the prospects of democratic voting in Ukraine, where there is no peace, as well as in Belarus, where there is no democracy.
