Alexander Shlyk is an election expert. For the last 10 years, he has worked in the OSCE ODIHR elections department, since 2016 has been its head. As the head, he supervised the monitoring of all elections in the OSCE region. Helped countries to bring their electoral processes in line with international standards.
Graduated from BSU Faculty of Economics, Master's degree in Political Science from Central European University (Hungary), Master's degree in International Development and Management of Lund University (Sweden).
As an election representative, Shlyk will lead the preparation of the legislative and practical framework for democratic elections, organize public consultations of approaches to electoral reform, coordinate work with international partners and electoral experts.
