    Here is an overview of the Movement on March 24.

    Resistance

    • Priests of the Belarusian Orthodox Church made a stand against Russian Patriarch Kirill.
    • Belarusian lecturer resigned from St. Petersburg University in protest against the war with Ukraine.

    Support for Ukrainians and Belarusians

    • The delegation of the Belarusian democratic forces arrived in Ukraine for a working visit.
    • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and Pavel Latushka called on the Polish Minister of Interior to broaden the law on assistance to Ukrainian refugees and include Belarusians in it.
    • Belarusians of the Netherlands and Belgium took part in fundraising for an ambulance to send it to Ukraine.
    • Belarusians put a “No to war” inscription on a tram in Minsk. Brest region residents installed a similar poster on the grave of World War I German soldiers.
    • In Minsk, someone placed a Ukrainian flag near the National Library.
    • Belarusians within the group of united anti-autoritarian forces in the Kyiv region fight against the Russian invaders.
    • Belarusian athlete Anzhalika Katsiuha placed her World Championship medal at a charity auction in support of Ukrainian children.
    • Belarusians of France launched a campaign to call on French companies to stop cooperation with Russia.
    • Residents of the Belarusian town Lida expressed their support for the Ukrainian people in the war with Russia.
    • The Honest People initiative exposed the Belarusian propaganda messages about the war with Ukraine. 
    • Belarusians of Belgium joined the rally in support of Ukraine.
    • Proceeds from the #BelarusWithUkraine concert in Tbilisi were donated to the Saint Nicholas Foundation to help the children of Ukraine.

    Awareness campaign

    • The New York Times wrote about the Belarusian Kastus Kalinoski battalion in Ukraine. 
    • The Chestnaya Gazeta project released a new issue of leaflets about the war in Ukraine.
    • Pavel Latushka, in an essay for UK-based The New European, urged to punish the Lukashenka regime for its complicity with the Kremlin in the war against Ukraine.
