This is a secure form of communication: all meetings take place in Zoom and are attended only by Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and members of her team.

Meetings are held 1–2 times per month.
On the Office’s side, only Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and members of her Office or the United Transitional Cabinet are present. Specific participants are listed in the announcement of each meeting. Previous meetings have included Anatoli Liabedzka, Volha Zazulinskaya, Stanislau Salavei, Marharyta Vorykhava, Henadzi Manko, and others.
Yes! Meetings are not recorded. Only Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and her team attend. No additional personal information is required beyond what’s necessary for registration.
Participation requires having a camera and microphone turned on.
Please test your device in advance, both the camera and the microphone. If possible, conduct a test Zoom call to ensure everything works.
If the device does not function properly, participation will be discontinued.
The Office does not record audio or video, and participants are asked not to use recording devices.
The Office reserves the right to end the call in case of safety violations or inappropriate behavior.
Participation may be denied in the following cases:
Repeated participation within the past year.
Two previous registrations without joining the meeting or notifying in advance of absence.
Two previous attempts to join where technical issues prevented participation.
Inappropriate behavior during a previous meeting with Sviatlana and her team.
Our communication channels are securely protected. Any submitted messages or data (if shared) are kept strictly within Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s Office.
