Here is an overview of the Movement on March 19.

    Sabotage

    • The CEO of Ukrainian Railways, Oleksandr Kamyshin, announced that the railway communication between Belarus and Ukraine was stopped and thanked honest Belarusian railway workers and partisans.

    Support for Ukrainians and Belarusians

    • Thanks to Belarusians who raised the funds, the BYSOL Foundation sent another off-roader to Ukraine.
    • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya had a call with Latvian Prime Minister Krišjānis Kariņš regarding visas and humanitarian aid for Belarusians. Latvia will not suspend issuing visas for Belarusians, particularly those fleeing repression.

    Awareness campaign

    • Anatoli Liabedzka held his regular anti-war YouTube stream with Latvian politician Boris Tsilevich and professor Yauhen Krasulin.
    • The Kastus Kalinouski battalion of Belarusian volunteers defending Kyiv held a briefing
    • Six Belarusians who deliberately stayed in Ukraine to support the fight against Russian aggression gave an interview to explain why this is a Belarusians' war too.
    • Billboards featuring the Belarusian Kastus Kalinouski battalion were installed in Kyiv, showing Ukrainians that Belarusians are fighting on the side of Ukraine.
    • The Solidarity Platform updated the list of relevant initiatives supporting Belarusians, now categorized by country. People can get help or join a project's team and help others by selecting an initiative at the Platform's website
    • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's Representative on Education and Science, PhD Tatiana Shchyttsova, addressed Belarusian parents and teachers, calling not to let the regime and its propagandists maltreat and brainwash Belarusian children.
