At the UN General Assembly, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya met with Microsoft Corporate Vice President Teresa Hutson. They agreed to continue the corporation’s support program for Belarus, which, among other things, has provided technical assistance and legal advice to hundreds of repressed Belarusian NGOs. With Microsoft's involvement, the Media Viability Accelerator has been launched, which can also help Belarusian media.
In addition, the Belarusian leader had a conversation with USAID Deputy Administrator Isobel Coleman and met with the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives of TruePic Inc.
