  • Chernobyl 2022: How did this happen, and how should nuclear safety approaches change?

    On April 21 at 5 pm Belarus (GMT+3) Research Center of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya Office (OST Research Center), the Oxford Belarus Observatory (OBO) and GLOBSEC think tank in cooperation with NGO Ecohome (Belarus) will hold a jointly convened expert webinar where they will discuss what is happening at Ukraine's nuclear power plants during the war, how should approaches to regional security change and how should politicians and civil society in Belarus, Ukraine, and other countries act in the face of new radiation threats.
