On April 14 at 5 pm Vilnius (GMT+3) Research Center of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya Office (OST Research Center), the Oxford Belarus Observatory (OBO) and ZOiS Center (Berlin) supported by GCRF COMPASS project will hold a jointly convened expert webinar where they will discuss how do Belarusians understand and perceive the war of Russia against Ukraine and what is the Anti-war movement in Belarus, how does it act and how is it treated.
