Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya spoke about the situation with political prisoners and independent media, as well as the Belarusian military volunteers. The Belarusian leader thanked Élisabeth Borne for France’s decision to abstain from presenting ambassador’s credentials to Lukashenka and appoint Violaine de Villemeur as special envoy.

- Political and diplomatic support for Belarus, which could help keep Belarus on the agenda in France and internationally.
- France’s role as a mediator in possible negotiations on resolving the crisis. Ms. Tsikhanouskaya noted that negotiations between the West and the regime are unacceptable without the representatives of the Belarusian democratic community.
- The probability of the involvement of Belarus’ territory and troops in Russia's war against Ukraine.
- Assistance for Belarusian independent media to counter Russian propaganda.
- Scholarships for Belarusian students at Science Po and other French universities.
- Support and exchange programs for cultural workers from Belarus.
