  • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya: EKRP published its first reports

    December 20, 2020

    The first list of 28 materials of verification was published in the Unified Crime Registration Book initiated by Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya. These are the names and concrete evidence of the crimes of law enforcement officers and members of election commissions who falsified the elections.

    At the moment, the Unified Book contains more than a thousand statements:

    • 397 applications submitted to ekrp.org;
    • more than 400 applications submitted by the «23.34» and “August 2020” projects;
    • more than 400 documented evidence of fraud from the “Golos” and “Zubr” projects.

    Among 397 accepted and filtered applications:

    • crimes against the rights of citizens: 117;
    • tortures, violence: 188;
    • murders: 9;
    • illegal acts by public officials: 66;
    • others: 14.

    Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya comments: “Today, a new chapter begins in our fight for justice. Following the first list of falsifiers, the Unified Crime Registration Book will publish evidence of torture, violence, corruption, unjust verdicts and other illegal acts by public officials. We do this so that no one else can steal our voices, torture us, detain parents, leaving their children in strollers in the middle of the street, and abuse prisoners of conscience.

    Everyone who appears in the Unified Book must be ready for an international criminal prosecution, sanctions and a fair trial. The time for impunity is over. December 20 became the day when the people of Belarus proved the crimes that started our protest in August. But it is even more important that December 20 became the day when the people of Belarus proved that they could return the law to the country themselves”.

    The next list of reports will be published on the EKRP on January 20.
