Today, April 21, Valery Kavaleuski, Head of the OST Cabinet, and other representatives of the Belarusian democratic forces handed over vehicles, equipment, and humanitarian aid delivered from Lithuania to the Kastus Kalinouski battalion.
“We are convinced that these vehicles will serve well in defense of Ukraine and the liberation of Belarus. This would not be possible without the support of concerned Belarusians. Solidarity is our greatest weapon”, Valery Kavaleuski added.
Mr. Kavaleuski recorded a video address from Kyiv explaining the plans of the democratic forces for the visit. He described what they saw along the way to the Ukrainian capital, praised Ukrainians’ intensive efforts to restore what had been destroyed, and expressed hope that Ukrainians would be able to rebuild their lives soon.
