Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya had a working meeting with the Minister of Justice of Austria, Dr. Alma Zadić. They discussed the following issues:
- opening cases under the universal jurisdiction in Austria;
- initiating a preliminary investigation in the International Criminal Court into the crimes of the regime;
- providing training for Belarusian human rights defenders and lawyers on international accountability mechanisms.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on cooperation between the legal department of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's Office and the Austrian Ministry of Justice.
