    Here is an overview of the Movement on March 25.

    Resistance

    • Despite increased surveillance on the railway, Belarusian partisans carried out a successful sabotage operation near Barysau, burning down two relay cabinets.
    • Svetlahorsk Welding Electrode Plant stopped its operations and made a statement demanding to stop the war.
    • Residents of Minsk held pickets against the war and distributed anti-war stickers around the city: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

    Support for Ukrainians and Belarusians

    • On March 25, Belarusians around the world celebrated Freedom Day and joined rallies in support of Ukraine.
    • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya handed over humanitarian aid to the POBACH Belarusian hub which is now helping victims of the war.
    • The BYSOL Foundation delivered an electric generator and a batch of medicines for a children's hospital in Chernihiv.
    • As the volunteers of the Kastus Kalinouski battalion took the oath, the battalion joined the armed forces of Ukraine.
    • Women of Minsk walked across the city with umbrellas in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
    • The diasporas of Ireland and Belgium sent the 3rd batch of ammunition for the Kastus Kalinouski battalion.
    • Parliamentarians from 10 countries are working on a support program for Belarusian soldiers who refuse to fight against Ukraine.
    • Delegation of the democratic forces arrived in Ukraine and met with Belarusians of Kyiv to discuss support for Ukraine. 
    • The Belarusian PEN center reported raising more than 36,000 euros in support of Ukrainian artists together with other PEN centers.
    • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, joined by Pavel Latushka and Tatsiana Khomich, met with the President of Poland and spoke about the Anti-War Movement.
    • Children drew pictures for the Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine to support them.
    • Belarusians of Homiel collected aid for Ukrainian children.
    • Belarusian musician Lavon Volski and Head of the Belarus office at Konrad Adenauer Foundation Jakob Wöllenstein released a new song 'Slava Ukraini' (Glory to Ukraine). 

    Awareness campaign

    • The Lamant community started a newspaper. The first issue features articles on the situation in Ukraine.
    • Belarusians keep distributing leaflets with honest information and combating propaganda.
    • As part of the new campaign, the Honest People community appeals to Belarusian deputies to ask about their opinion on the war, and explains to Belarusians how to contact their deputies.
    • Yulia Yukhno-Tarasevich, representative of the Supolka Belarusian diaspora community in Italy, spoke at the XIII CISL Congress and explained how Belarusians support Ukraine.
