    Here is an overview of the Movement on April 2.

    Support for Ukrainians and Belarusians

    • BYSOL launched a fundraiser for women who have been exposed to sexual violence related to the war. The Foundation aims to raise 10,000 euros for the necessary medications and contraceptives. Survivors of sexual abuse in need of medical or psychological help can use BYSOL's secure Telegram chatbot.
    • Belarusians of Georgia gathered humanitarian aid for Ukraine.
    • Belarusians and Ukrainians of Bialystok and Podlachia (Poland) held a rally in support of Ukraine. More than 50 people joined it.
    • Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's advisor Franak Viacorka gave an update on European visas, residence permits, and relocation for Belarusians. They can obtain visas in Minsk, the Baltic States still issue humanitarian visas, and the Czech Republic grants residence permits. 
    • Ukraine initiated confiscation of Belarusian Railway cars found in the North of the country. Ukrainian Railways employees discovered almost 1,400 cars owned by individuals and legal entities from Russia and Belarus.

    Awareness campaign

    • Residents of Minsk distributed anti-war posters. 
    • The Honest People initiative continues exposing propaganda and explaining how to share honest and truthful news.
    • Ukraine's Volyn Oblast Council addressed Belarusians: “We have a common history and a common enemy”.
    • The Vestnik project, which has been designing leaflets since the protests started in Belarus, released a new issue to share the truth about the war.
    • The Chestnaja Gazeta new issue features news from both Belarus and Ukraine.
