The Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya invites you to take part in the Kalinowski Forum on March 21 in Vilnius. The Forum is organized by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania in partnership with Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's Office. Politicians from Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, the European Union, the US, and the UK will discuss the situation in Belarus.
Among other topics, the participants of the Forum will discuss how the international community can support the Belarusian Anti-War Movement, as well as how to de-occupy Belarus and cripple the Lukashenka regime. They are going to reiterate clear support for the independence and sovereignty of Belarus.
On the evening of March 20, Ms. Tsikhanouskaya will lay flowers at Kastus Kalinouski's burial site at the Rasos Cemetery, joined by the ambassadors of Ukraine, Poland, the United States, and representatives of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry. On the morning of March 21, speeches and panel discussions will follow. Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė, Speaker of the Seimas Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen, Chairman of the US Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs Bob Menendez will open the forum. Then, the US ambassador to the OSCE Mike Carpenter, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, as well as representatives of the Czech Republic, Germany, the US, Poland, France, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia will give their remarks. Speaker of the Czech Parliament, Deputy Speaker of the Polish Senate Michal Kamiński, Head of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Moldovan Parliament Doina Gherman, and others will join the parliamentarians' discussion. In total, more than 40 speakers are expected.
